G-RPL is a university-grade web application that digitalizes the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process — allowing students to apply for academic credit recognition based on prior work experience or non-formal education. Built API-first with Laravel, the system supports a multi-role workflow across applicants, assessors, committees, and administrators.

Key Features & Contributions

• Analyzed legacy business processes and redesigned them into a streamlined digital workflow while preserving institutional requirements
• Developed RESTful APIs using an API-First approach, enabling clean separation between backend logic and frontend modules
• Implemented authentication and role-based authorization using Laravel Sanctum and Spatie Permission across 4 user roles
• Designed relational database schemas and implemented end-to-end business logic for the RPL application lifecycle
• Built automated PDF generation for SK Rektor and Assessment Summary documents using DomPDF
• Applied backend security practices including request validation, middleware guards, and rate limiting
